Welcome
Founded in 2001, Sagehen Capital Management ("SCM") is a student-run hedge fund located at Pomona College. Open to all students at the Claremont Consortium, SCM provides an engaging environment for students to learn about investing through a hands-on approach. Today, SCM manages approximately $1 million of Pomona College's endowment with a value-oriented philosophy.

Sagehen Capital Management recruits new members once per academic year at the beginning of the fall semester.
Everyone at SCM is first and foremost an analyst, but our investment decisions are made by our leadership team.
The educational program we use to train our analysts is open to all 5C students. "The more you learn, the more you'll earn!"
